After adding a business account from your agency account, and switching to the newly added account, follow these steps:
Apply a template to the account. Once you apply a template you should not change it as it might impact existing data in the account.
Good to know: your product docs aren't just a reference of all your features! use them to encourage folks to perform certain actions and discover the value in your product.
