Guide to Using InstantUploader
Log in to InstantUploader: Visit app.instantuploader.com on your web browser. Enter your username and password in the provided fields and click on the 'Log In' button to access your account.
Access Settings: Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard. On the left side of the dashboard, you'll see a menu. Look for the 'Settings' option in this menu. It might be collapsed, so if you don't see it, click on the arrow next to it to expand the settings menu.
Set Up Business Account: Inside the settings menu, you'll find an option labeled 'Business Account' (https://app.instantuploader.com/settings/business-account). Click on this to access the business account settings. Here, you'll see various fields related to your business. Make sure all the information in these fields is accurate. If you don't have all the details, you can use the search bar to look for a business. If the business doesn't have a publicly visible address, you can manually add the business details by clicking on 'Add Business Details Manually'.
Fill Out Key Fields: The key fields to fill out are the business email address, a brief description of the business, locations of the business, phone number, and website. Make sure to fill these out accurately as they are crucial for your business profile.
Branding: In the branding section, you can upload a logo or image that represents your business. Click on 'Save Image' to upload the image from your device. Once uploaded, you can also stylize the platform to match the business theme by selecting a color scheme that aligns with your brand.
Subscription Type: As the agency, you have the ability to select the subscription type for your account. You can choose between a paid or free subscription. You can also set the account status to 'enabled' or 'disabled', and set the verification status to verify the legitimacy of the business. If you need more conversations and content, you can increase the quantity by adjusting the slider or entering a number in the provided field.
Account Templates: InstantUploader provides various account templates to suit different types of businesses. You can choose from options like home and construction services, marketing agency, and others. Select the one that best fits your business.
Media Watermark: You have the option to add a watermark to the images you upload. This can be useful for branding and copyright purposes. The best watermark type to use is a transparent PNG. You can enable or disable this feature as per your preference.
Invite Code: Generate an invite code by clicking on the 'Generate' button. Once generated, you can send the invite URL to your team members. They can use this URL to install the mobile app, fill in their details, and automatically become active users of your business account.
AI Tab: Enable the AI writer for your clients by checking the box next to 'Enable AI Writer'. Also, select the industry of the business from the dropdown menu. This helps to customize the app better for your needs.
Localization: In the localization section, you can select the default language and location for the business. This will affect the language used in the app and the location displayed on the map.
Save: After configuring everything in the Business Account tab, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save all the changes. Make sure not to navigate away from the page without saving, as this will result in loss of any changes made.
Remember, setting up a business account on InstantUploader is a quick process and usually takes about a minute. However, take your time to ensure all details are accurate for the best user experience.
